Portable density meter

The measurement of alcohol content is the process of directly heating and distilling a sample of alcoholic beverages to remove non-volatile substances from the sample. The distillate is then restored to its original volume with water and injected into the U-shaped oscillating tube of a digital density meter. Due to the change in sample density in the U-shaped tube, the vibration frequency will also change. The instrument can automatically calculate the density of the distillate based on the vibration frequency of the distillate at 20 ℃. The instrument is equipped with a comparison table between the density of the alcohol aqueous solution and the alcohol content to obtain the volume percentage of alcohol content in the sample. The digital alcohol concentration meter (DA-130N) has a built-in alcohol content comparison table and temperature compensation function. After taking the sample, it directly displays the volume percentage (v/v) or mass percentage (m/m) of alcohol content at 20 ℃ or 15 ℃. A test method for alcohol content that can replace the alcohol meter method or the specific gravity bottle method. This product is widely used in industries such as crude oil and petroleum products, chemical products, beverages, alcoholic beverages, food oils and fats, spices, pharmaceuticals, electronic components, etc.
